Jon DuVarney is a Field Representative at the Denver branch of Premier.
When asked what he finds the most exciting about working at Premier, he said “creating videos and materials that help educate homeowners on the value of a quality roof and the importance of going through a trusted company.”
“It’s really special to be able to market a service that I truly believe in,” Jon adds, “and it feels great knowing I can help homeowners make the right choice when it comes to roofing.”
Before Premier, Jon worked throughout the restaurant industry. He started as a host, busboy, and dishwasher at Brewery Bar III, and later worked as a host at Outback Steakhouse. Originally from Spokane, Washington, Jon moved to Colorado early on and has lived in Golden for most of his life. He ran Cross Country throughout high school and still enjoys distance running today. Jon has also volunteered at Pleasant View Elementary School and as the track coach at Bell Middle School.
In his free time, Jon says he enjoys “binge watching popular TV dramas, running, photography, filmmaking, playing piano, camping with my girlfriend, hiking, and mountain biking.” Jon also has started to have an interest in offroading. “I have a strange obsession with offroading vehicles, it’s a hobby I’m just learning now.”
“Toyota Land Cruisers: those huge, commanding, ones from the 70’s and 80’s,” he explains, “I love those more than anything. I’m always checking for them on Craigslist.”
Jon’s Favorite Quote:
“Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle. As with all matters of the heart, you’ll know when you find it”. – Steve Jobs
