A powerful storm system moved across Colorado on Wednesday, June 3, creating powerful scattered hailstorms across the Denver, Fort Collins and Greeley area. At times, hail two inches in diameter was reported in towns throughout the front range. The storms additionally caused a delay for the Colorado Rockies, who were initially scheduled to play the Los Angeles Dodgers at 6:10 pm and didn’t start until 8:36 pm.

The National Weather Service reported severe storms over the surrounding areas of Parker and Elizabeth, with storms moving East at 15 mph and damaging properties and vehicles along the way. Hail was reported across all regions of Colorado at times, spanning from Larkspur to Highlands Ranch and Littleton. The Denver Post reported hail coming in was roughly the size of “baseballs” at times, causing serious damage across the Denver Metro Area.
Premier Roofing representatives are working in these neighborhoods, helping home owners to assess the damage to their roof. In 2012, Premier worked to restore the roofs of hundreds of homes in The Pinery and Castle Pines area.
