Caden Pratt is a Regional Operations Manager working out of Premier’s Support Center in Denver. He is excited to be a driving force in the development and processes of the new Minneapolis branch. Prior to joining Premier, he worked at LEI Companies, as an Electrician Apprentice, and Royal Highlands Construction as a Laborer. Caden also spent the last year working as a Project Manager out of Premier’s Fort Collins branch.

A native of Brighton, CO, he is a graduate of the University of Northwestern Ohio. In his spare time he enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, video games, and playing extremely competitive sports. In 3 words, Caden can be described as ambitious, patient and competitive. An interesting fact about Caden is that he has played piano for 16 years and is classically and jazz trained.
