James Gatter is a Production Lead working out of Premier’s Minneapolis branch. He enjoys seeing how happy homeowners are after the project is finished. Prior to joining Premier, he worked for the US Bank for five years. Before that, he worked as a lead siding installer on residential jobs.

A native of Minneapolis, Minnesota, James enjoys woodworking and building anything from shoe racks to storage sheds. If he’s not in the workshop, he is either on a plane or up north fishing/camping. In 3 words, James can be described as laid back, determined and open-minded. An interesting fact about James is that he is learning how to grow his own food!
