Josie Dilts is a Business Process Specialist working out of Premier’s Omaha branch. She is excited to begin improving processes to increase value. Prior to joining Premier, she worked in insurance claims handling the processing of the claims when an insured person passed away.

She is originally from Council Bluffs, Iowa. In her free time, she enjoys working out and spending quality time with her friends and family. In three words, she can be described as energetic, determined, and creative. A fun fact about Josie is that she loves spicy food.
