Kyle Richard Marino is a Regional Claims Manager working out of Premier’s Support Center in Denver. He is excited about being able to help the homeowners out by perfecting his craft and building relationships with the insurance adjusters and his fellow teammates to ensure every process of the job is done correct from start to finish. He wants to be a helpful and inspirational part of the team to ensure everyone is happy. Prior to joining Premier he spent 8 years working for Sears mainly in a management and customer service role. His time at Sears prepared him for a multitude of different circumstances, whether dealing with upset customers, upset employees, among other things. It helped him gain proficiency in helping put the flame out on these situations.
Originally from Colorado Springs, Colorado, Kyle graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with an emphasis on Media Studies from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. In his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball, running, and being outdoors, and doing the incline in Manitou Springs.
